Each appointment takes 15 minutes

• Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, BMI Lifestyle factors (diet, drug, and alcohol), Cancer awareness, educational materials are provided, and GP referrals as required

Breast screen risk assessment, Breast self-examination education, Cervical screening information, Domestic Violence support, Menopause advice, Mental and emotional health voluntary screening and support.

• Prostate cancer screening information and Mental and emotional health support

Employees receive an emailed report with the outcomes of their individual health assessment. We will also provide a summary of all results to assist in developing a tailored Health and Wellness Program that addresses the identified risks in your organisation.
