Senior Clinical Leader – Community Aged Care (Nursing Director Level)
South Australia | $147,400-$154,700 + $12k car allowance + super + salary sacrifice
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Leader to lead our Community Aged Care program. This role is central to supporting high-complexity customers to remain independent and well at home.
Direct Reports: Clinical Nurses & Clinical Leads (Allied Health)
Essential: Full Australian work rights
What you’ll do:
- Lead clinical governance and set clinical direction
- Manage Clinical Nurses & Clinical Leads
- Develop models of care (wellness, reablement, end-of-life)
- Oversee training, capability, and complex clinical escalations
- Analyse KPIs, drive improvement, produce reports, support strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership
- Participate in senior manager on-call (rare, allowance applies)
What we’re looking for:
- Nursing Director-level experience
- Strong community clinical care knowledge (not acute/residential)
- Excellent judgement, autonomy, and escalation skills
- Data/business literacy and executive presence
- Warm, steady, collaborative leadership style
