We are seeking Scrub/Scout Nurses who have:
- Strong surgical knowledge and technical proficiency, including instrument handling, aseptic technique and supporting a wide range of procedures.
- High attention to detail, ensuring correct counts, equipment preparation and maintaining a safe, sterile environment.
- Adaptability across different theatres and specialities, quickly adjusting to new teams, workflows and surgeon preferences.
- Clear communication and teamwork, anticipating the needs of the surgical team and coordinating efficiently in fast-paced settings.

Eligibility:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience in Scrub/Scout role
- Valid National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccination and serology evidence
- Full Australian working rights
