The Role
The Registered Nurse is a key member of the Fertility team, providing both direct and indirect patient care. Working closely with fertility specialists, scientists and administrative staff, this role supports patients through treatment pathways with a strong focus on education, emotional support and clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Venepuncture
- Ultrasound assistance
- Artificial insemination
- Patient counselling and education
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife
- Minimum two years post-registration clinical experience
- Strong patient-centred communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and decision-making abilities

Desirable (Not Essential)
- Venepuncture experience
- Background in women’s health
- Previous fertility nursing experience
