About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care. You’ll be a calm, confident presence for residents and a supportive leader for care staff.
- Provide clinical support and attend to residents’ medical needs
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
- Oversee medication administration
- Lead and mentor care staff
- Promote a safe, positive and person-centered environment
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality aged care
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Valid flu vaccination and Covid vaccination history
