What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with daily activities and personal care
- Providing comfort, dignity, and high-quality care
- Filling casual shifts when regular staff are unavailable
- Representing HCA with professionalism and kindness
About You
- Minimum 6 months of aged care experience
- Able to cover at least 1–2 shifts per week (across any shift type)
- Willing to travel to a variety of Bundaberg-based facilities
- Preferred: NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
