We are seeking Mental Health Registered Nurses with:
- Strong therapeutic communication skills, building trust, de-escalating situations, and supporting consumers with empathy and respect.
- Skills in mental health assessment, recognising early signs of distress, deterioration, or risk, and responding appropriately.
- Calm, confident crisis management, maintaining safety during behavioural escalations and following clinical and risk-management protocols.
- Adaptability across diverse settings, adjusting to different units, models of care, and multidisciplinary teams while providing consistent, person-centred support.

Eligibility:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 12 months full-time experience within an acute mental health environment
- Valid National Police Check
- Up-to-date vaccination and serology evidence
- Full Australian working rights
