Permanent Community Mental Health Nurse Opportunities in the Gippsland Region, Victoria

Our client is currently seeking Community Mental Health Nurses to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Mental Health Clinician (0-25 years) will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, providing a wide range of clinical services to support young people through all stages of their mental health journey, including acute care, recovery, and ongoing treatment. The clinician will draw on their professional expertise to deliver person-centred care while also offering support to families, carers, and other key supporters within the local mental health service.

You must have:

• Current AHPRA registration
• A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Mental Health, or Social Work
• A valid driver’s licence
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in mental health and with children
• Proven experience in child and youth mental health
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external services
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure
• Competence in performing comprehensive risk assessments and crisis management
