Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement safety plans and holistic treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with consumers, families, and carers in recovery planning.
• Deliver individual, group, and family interventions.
• Liaise with community services to ensure seamless support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

You are a compassionate and resilient mental health professional with a strong commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred care. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and value the lived experience. Working collaboratively with consumers, their families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll conduct thorough assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic and pharmacological interventions to develop personalised recovery plans.
