What You’ll Need to Join Us

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in aged care (Australia or reciprocal country)
• 2 clinical references from recent aged care managers
• Valid working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
• Up-to-date immunisation records – 2024/25 flu vaccination essential
• Excellent communication skills – English must be your first or second language
• A compassionate, professional attitude and ability to build rapport with patients and teams
