We are currently partnering with a highly regarded aged care provider who is seeking an experienced Quality & Education Manager to support large, well-resourced facilities in both Ballarat & Echuca.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for candidates who may be considering a lifestyle change, career progression, or a move into larger-scale operations with full relocation support provided.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Proven experience delivering quality clinical care and leading education initiatives
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability with leadership teams
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning expertise
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, and accreditation requirements
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment
