We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in the Albury / Wodonga region.

This role is based in a vibrant, modern, large-scale facility with a highly supportive management team, working in collaboration with another Care Manager and a Quality Support Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management
• Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
• High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
