We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in South East Mebourne.This role is based in a modern, large-scale facility with a highly supportive management team, working in collaboration with another Care Manager and a Quality Support Manager.

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management in a large facility
- Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
- High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
