About the role:
We’re looking for someone local, friendly, and driven to help grow Healthcare Australia’s services in the New England region. Working closely with our Regional Manager and NDIS team, you’ll help turn new leads into real support for people who need it. You’ll build strong relationships, spread the word about HCA, and support new participants on their journey.
A bit about what you’ll do:
- Be the face of HCA in your community – help us build strong, trusted relationships
- Support growth in the region by working with our marketing and recruitment teams
- Chat with participants, support coordinators, and plan managers to ensure services meet their needs
- Help new participants get started and support the setup of care plans
- Keep an eye on rostering and budgets to make sure everything runs smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for helping people and growing services in your local area
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone confident working independently and happy to travel around the New England region
- Background in healthcare, customer service, or business development (NDIS experience is a bonus!)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and client systems
