Aged Care General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished AHPRA registered Facility Manager with a strong clinical background to lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of aged care professionals within the Yarra Valley region.

This well-established residential aged care facility is located near Yarra Junction, approximately 40 minutes from Croydon and 30 minutes from Lilydale. The home is a modern, medium-sized facility with an excellent reputation, supported by a long-standing and stable management team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced clinical leaders currently working as a Facility Manager who are looking to progress into a broader executive-level position offering both challenge and purpose.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care management

• Proven experience managing a medium to large-sized residential facility

• Strong, supportive leadership style with a hands-on approach

• Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including occasional shift support

• High levels of organisation, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration

• Current National Police Check and NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
