We are seeking ACEs with:
- Compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents and patients with dignity, empathy, and patience.
- Strong observational and communication skills, promptly reporting changes in health, behaviour, or mobility to nursing staff.
- Commitment to safety and best practice, including infection control, manual handling, and maintaining a clean, supportive environment.
- Adaptability and teamwork, adjusting quickly to different facilities and working collaboratively in aged care settings.

Eligibility:
- Completion of a Certificate III or higher plus 6 months full-time experience within a residential aged care environment OR a current Bachelor of Nursing student having completed an aged care clinical placement
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
