What You’ll Own:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity

Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area

You have experience in agency recruitment, with temp or contract desk experience considered a big plus. Naturally competitive and target-driven, you have a solid track record of achieving results. You’re passionate about delivering outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.
