HCA Buys Physiotherapist Business in Melbourne
HCA announces an acquisition of Revita which will propel their expansion into direct Healthcare across verticals such as Allied, Corporate Health, NDIS, Homecare and GP Practices.
Revita operates in eastern seaboard states of Australia, servicing Residential Aged Care facilities offering pain management and occupational therapy.
The two businesses have great synergies realised from similar operating model, client base, its workforce and most importantly, cultural and clinical compliance alignment.
Now with a national workforce of 100 Physios, it enables HCA to further deploy more workforce into Hospitals, Rehab, Aged Care facilities and Defence clients. As well as supporting the growing demand in one-to-one services in Homecare and NDIS markets.
With HCA’s scale and national presence, we can add tremendous value to Revita in their national expansion and further growth. HCA is a well-oiled machine in healthcare workforce which can help to enhance and generate greater volumes in Revita’s workforce said Jason Cartwright, CEO of HCA.
Revita was founded and managed by clinicians who hold client service, workforce engagement, and their stringent clinical compliance standards in high regards.
