We are seeking ACEs who demonstrate:
- Compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, empathy and patience.
- Strong communication and observational skills, reporting health, mobility or behavioural changes promptly to nursing staff.
- Commitment to safety and best practice, including infection control, manual handling and maintaining a clean, supportive environment.
- Adaptability and teamwork, adjusting quickly to new facilities and working collaboratively in aged care settings.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Certificate III or higher plus 6 months full-time experience in residential aged care settings OR current Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed a 160-hour aged care clinical placement
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
