Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Perioperative Clinical Trainer (Instrumentation/Circulating) to lead the development and delivery of a structured education and mentoring program for their orthopaedic scrub/scout nursing team.

This pivotal role supports upskilling, professional growth, and ongoing clinical excellence across the perioperative department-ensuring staff are confident, competent, and equipped to meet evolving clinical demands. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, the Clinical Trainer plays an essential role in enhancing patient-centred care through workforce development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ recent perioperative nursing experience, with strong orthopaedic scrub/scout expertise
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent adult education qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical education, mentoring, or training roles
  • Deep knowledge of contemporary orthopaedic nursing practice and models of care
