Your duties as an Aged Care Nurse include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Administering medications, manage care plans, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Leading and supporting care teams, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.

Eligibility:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
- Minimum 12 months full-time experience in residential aged care
- Valid National Police Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
