Your duties as a Clinical Nurse Manager in aged care include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
- Leading and supporting nursing and care staff, including delegation, supervision, and performance guidance.
- Managing care plans, clinical assessments, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
- Coordinating staffing, allocating workloads, and responding to urgent operational or clinical issues.
- Liaising with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to maintain continuity of care and positive resident outcomes.

Eligibility:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 6 months full-time experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care
- Availability for at least 3 shifts during the week (i.e. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays)
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
