Customer Care Coordinator – NDIS

HCA is a registered provider and offers leading disability support services across the Nation through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) government funding. We provide day-to-day support, including complex care. Our goal is to provide the best quality support and care based on the participant’s lifestyle and needs.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). In this role, you will play a key part in our customer care team, helping ensure every client feels supported and well-assisted at each stage of their NDIS journey.

Working closely with our team, you will use your professional expertise to help clients strengthen their capabilities, develop practical support plans, and actively participate in their communities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop support plans aligned with funding and NDIS goals.
  • Maintain regular communication on funding and service delivery.
  • Monitor outcomes and conduct timely service reviews.
  • Ensure compliance in quoting, agreements, funding, debt management, and plan reviews.
  • Keep all documentation and case notes accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders.

You’ll have proven experience in customer service, ideally within the disability or healthcare sector.  If you’ve worked in NDIS we’d love you to show off your knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures and regulations in your resume!

You’re a natural communicator, able to connect with clients and stakeholders with ease, building trust and lasting relationships.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
