Digital Campaign Lead (Social Media) – Permanent Position

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia’s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. We are a large and diverse healthcare business with a strong presence in the staffing of nursing, community, medical, corporate, allied and Crisis Response Management sectors in all States of Australia.

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Lead to lead and deliver our social media strategy across all platforms. This role will manage both paid and organic channels to grow brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll drive content planning, performance optimisation, and community engagement to support HCA’s marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage social media strategy and content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Develop and execute engaging content (graphics, video, copy) tailored to each platform.
• Oversee community management, influencer partnerships, and brand ambassador programs.
• Monitor performance metrics, report insights, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Stay across trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.

Let’s talk about you! 

We are looking for your resume to showcase great experience managing social media (corporate or agency) – copywriting and content creation skills (Canva or similar tools a plus).  This will be complimented by a strong understanding of paid/organic social and platform algorithms.

This role suits someone who likes working with our managers across our healthcare and recruitment business – collaborating to create creative and savvy digital marketing.
