Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
This role provides critical support to our Darwin based Nursing recruitment team, helping drive initiatives that grow our candidate database and achieve recruitment objectives. Key aspects of the role include:

Proactively provide administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations

Assist with candidate management, job postings, and recruitment workflows

Help maintain accurate records and recruitment systems to support team efficiency

Previous exposure to busy commercial or sales environment would be highly regarded.
