What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting residents with daily living and personal care
- Building warm, respectful connections with residents
- Filling shifts when regular staff are unavailable
- Representing HCA with reliability and kindness
About You
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care
- Able to cover at least 1–2 morning shifts per week
- Willing to travel to a range of facilities around Noosa
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
