About the Role:

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure the smooth onboarding and registration of nurses and care workers for casual placements across Australia. You’ll play a key part in helping us meet the needs of our valued clients—while supporting an incredible workforce that makes a real difference every day.
  
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for casual nurses and care workers
• Helping the team meet strategic hiring goals
• Coordinating the collection and recording of candidate registration documents
• Monitoring and responding to emails in the Recruitment Inbox
• Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance alignment for staff files
• Supporting reception duties when required
• Managing both phone and electronic communications
• Completing ad hoc recruitment-related tasks as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other admin systems
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate team activity
• A team player with a can-do attitude and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to work within WHS and QMS policies and procedures
