HCA Friends and Family Offer – $200 Home Care referral

Do you know someone with a Home Care Package?  Would they benefit from some extra support to stay at home longer?

HCA has an in-home aged care division, Home Care, that services over 2,000 customers nationwide. HCA Home Care helps older Australians nationwide maintain their health and independence in their own home, with services including domestic assistance, community access, personal care and nursing assessments.

We’re offering HCA staff a $200 incentive for successful referrals to our Home Care division!

The incentive will take the form of a gift voucher and applies to any referral that becomes an HCA Home Care Package customer. This offer applies to direct referrals from HCA Staff including staff who work in the office or directly with customers in their homes.

Terms & Conditions

The referred customer must:

• be a new introduction to HCA, not a previously registered customer.
• have an existing Home Care Package or be ready to activate a new one within the promotional period.
  be a direct referral, not registered with any third-party providers Care About or Aged Care Decisions

The referrer is eligible to participate in the ‘HCP referral incentive’ in accordance with the terms and conditions below:

• The referrer must have the express permission of the potential customer or their family to contact HCA Home Care on their behalf.
• The referrer must be deemed an active employee of HCA.
• The reward is offered once the customer is onboarded and receiving services from HCA Home Care.
• Referrals are recognised nationally
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
• HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion at any time.
• Not valid with any other offer
• The ‘HCP referral incentive’ program is valid until 31 December 2024 11:59 am AEST
